UPDATE: This is another thing dealers do....like it couldn't be more obvious! As you can see below, there are poor reviews within the span of 4 YEARS. Then low and behold, there are a number of good reviews all within DAYS of each other....ALMOST ALL have the same headings...BEST, GREAT, etc. Really guys, try to expand your vocabulary. \r

I write this message to convey my disappointment with a recent visit to Glick Nissan in Westboro, MA. My daughter was looking for a brand new Nissan Rogue, and was also considering trading in her 2001 Nissan Maxima SE. After visiting two other dealerships, we struck up a hand-shake deal in Westboro with salesman, Phil. The agreed upon price with her trade and after rebates was $22,200. However, Phil stated that when they located her desired color and if it came with a cargo cover, it would be an additional $300 which we also agreed upon. I once again confirmed with Phil that when we got back with the check, that the price would be either $22,200 or $22,500 and Phil stated yes, there would be no other charges. We went to the bank, my daughter, all excited, got a $10,000 bank check for a deposit, (and she was also going to finance through Nissan), and when we got back, Phil handed us papers to sign and the price was NOW $22,795. AND the vehicle had no cargo cover. So now I ask Phil why it is $600 more and he stated nonchalantly ""well it's a different invoice #"". At the point, I told Phil he misrepresented himself, the dealership and Nissan and we left. \r
Hey, Glick, the sales tactics of yesteryear just don't cut it anymore...get with the program!
