I have bought two cars here and not had any problems. Although it did take a few hours of sitting, it got me the best number by far. Both cars were several thousand under msrp. There were no discrepancies between the price quoted to me and the final one, everything was straight forward. Bertera laughed at me when I mentioned glitch's quote. My salesperson Leslaw was the best! He was kind and knowledgeable. He is foreign born, but I had no problem understanding him. When my girlfriend got a lower price at another dealer for her car, he did his best to match or beat it. He certainly didn't get upset or hold it against her, and when I came back for my second car he did his best for me still. And he got it! Great experience all around.
