Rotti's Power Equipment

This place lied to me for SIX weeks about delays on my Ridgid saw repair claiming they were waiting for parts from Ridgid. After speaking to a Ridgid rep today I found out that my saw had not even been looked at yet by Rotti's, and no parts had been ordered. On top of this Rotti's staff apparently told the Ridgid rep that they had tried to tell me about this but I hung up on them, which was of course not true. Avoid this place at all costs! more

This is to let everyone know I am Al Rotti and I don't hire school kids. I have a professional staff. I do infact believe in training todays youth to be the technicians of tomorrow, Because if we don't train mechanics for the future peoples cars and equipment won't continue to run. I worked for 6 years in the federal prison system training inmates in vocational trades. I currently work with local vocational schools to help train students in small engine repair. Our last student was named student of the year for his outstanding training. Some times OLD machines are not worth fixing or the time spent to find the parts because they are no longer available from the manufacturer. I have over 30 years experience in repairing every type of equipment from large construction equipment to tractor trailers to automobiles and small power tools. I take pride in my business. I treat customers the way I want to be treated and our growth over the last two years has proved that point. My son is 16 years old and let me tell you he can put most mechanics to shame. He has worked hand in hand with me for 4 years and he is incredible at what he does. An example of that is: He was asked by Ricky Ramstrom of Ramstrom Racing to be a mechanic on their team. Ricky was so impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail that he knew he would be an asset to his team. So even though he is young does not mean he is not capable of repairing anything put in front of him. You can ask our loyal customers, we will be happy to provide names. Mistakes happen, Rarely do you find someone who will own it. Mr. Rotti clearly has pride in his business, and his employees. Once I spoke with him, he did much more than I asked him to fix what had been done. No matter where you go, something is going to go wrong eventually. Deal with these folks, they'll own it, and make it right! Pros: Small town family business, with lotsa employees, kids or not, they know what they are doing! more

I found Rott's prices to be to high, the owner seems to lie about ordering parts. Ower is very rude, disrepecting and just out right nasty. only has kids working for him. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Cons: service, prices more

I stopped in to look for leaf blowers and could not believe the selection (ECHO, REDMAX, KAWASAKI) unbelievable! And his prices were as low as buying it on line from some mega store with no service support. I give a thumbs up to Al Rotti and his team.
