Review content:
Mistakes happen, Rarely do you find someone who will own it. Mr. Rotti clearly has pride in his business, and his employees. Once I spoke with him, he did much more than I asked him to fix what had been done. No matter where you go, something is going to go wrong eventually. Deal with these folks, they'll own it, and make it right!
Pros: Small town family business, with lotsa employees, kids or not, they know what they are doing!
