This place lied to me for SIX weeks about delays on my Ridgid saw repair claiming they were waiting for parts from Ridgid. After speaking to a Ridgid rep today I found out that my saw had not even been looked at yet by Rotti's, and no parts had been ordered. On top of this Rotti's staff apparently told the Ridgid rep that they had tried to tell me about this but I hung up on them, which was of course not true. Avoid this place at all costs!
