I live in Hamilton Ohio,and my family and I have been trying for atleast half a month trying to find someone that could fix our plumbing in the main drain in the basement.We've had 3 plumbers here before Curtis (2642) from Roto-Rooter and he was the only one that could fix it.And he was so nice and friendly.If we have any more plumbing problems i'm gonna make sure to call Roto-Rooter. more

We had a basement floor drain backing up and called Roto-Rooter at the recommendation of a relative. Matt (#2719) came later the same day, checked the situation and offered several treatment options and explained the costs and benefits of both. He cleaned the drain and explained a maintenance routine. Matt was very professional, courteous, and capable. more

I required a sewer main service call on Superbowl Sunday for a 10 family rental unit. They were prompt, professional, and I received a 10% discount on my service call. The tech, Clayton (#3167) was particularly good, and stayed on the job till he was sure the drain was clear. I give both Clayton and Roto-Rooter a 5 out of 5. Great service! Thanks to Roto-Rooter, ten families can enjoy the game with plumbing that works.\r \r OK, second time in three days I had to call Roto-Tooter, this time for a two-family. Tommy (2303) was great! The drain was open within 30 minutes of his arrival. And, I got a $75 discount as a returning customer. Again, I give them 5 out of 5 for the service and value! more

We used roto-rooter for a backup in the garage/basement. On 12/15, I called at 130 and the plumbers showed up at my house in Cincinnati/Mount Healthy/North College Hill at 330. The plumbers allowed me to look over their shoulder while they augered the line. Very informative, hard-working and honest people. Highly recommend! more
