Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

October 27, 2014 Just has a terrible clog in my ONLY bathrooms sink. Went online and scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule, submit it and that was it! The next morning, as the site stated, I got a call when they were on their way and they showed up ON TIME! Tom was the person who showed up... and cleared that stubborn clog! He was polite, considerate of my cats and kittens to not let them out, cleaned up everything when he was done and answered all my questions and addressed things I didnt even think to ask about! I couldnt be any happier with the service offered! I will never go thru another plumber again... my only regret is that I didnt call you guys first! THANK YOU so much! 5/30/14 Worcester, MA\r \r They sent a tech (Brian) out at 10 pm and he worked for 3 hours to clear out the pipe from the toilet to the sewer. The price was quoted up front and he worked so hard, I kept apologizing for keeping him there so late, but he was pleasant, extremely professional and determined to do the best he could. He even cleaned up afterwards. It's no fun to have these kind of emergencies, but nice to know there is a reliable company to help. Thanks!! more

Leominster, MA: Called for service 9:45am on 12/26 and was given an 11am-1pm window. At 1pm received call stating techs were behind schedule that it would be between 1pm-4pm. At 4pm received call that they could not make it out that day and was told that a tech would be out at 11am-1pm on 12/27. Received call at 12:45pm stating tech was just finishing up at previous service call and would call when on their way. At 1pm got call stating a tech was coming soon. Tech did not show up until 4pm. Once the tech arrived the service was great and job well executed. I would have preferred not to wait 30 hrs for service. more

We had a local plumber out twice the day before and they could not fix the problem. Roto Rooter came the next morning and fixed the problem. The technician explained the process and what the issue was. They even cleaned up the mess the other plumber had left. more

Roto-Rooter came to our house on Sunday at 3:00 in the afternoon. They were on site about an hour and a half after we called. Came to our house and solved our backup in about 30 minutes, cleaned up, and left everything as it had been. Profession service, knowledgable technician, and fast service. Roto-rooter of Worcester helped us when we need it. more

I woke up on New Years Eve morning to find I had a plugged septic line in my house. I Called Roto-Rooter and was told a tech would be arriving before noon. Ten minutes later the tech (Mike) called to say he was on the way. Within 30 minutes Mike arrived, diagnosed the problem and within the hour the line was clear and flowing. Mike was efficient, professional and explained in detail both the procedures he was going to use and the cost involved prior to beginning work. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and Mike without reservation. Nice to see customer service performed the old fashion way! more
