I woke up on New Years Eve morning to find I had a plugged septic line in my house. I Called Roto-Rooter and was told a tech would be arriving before noon. Ten minutes later the tech (Mike) called to say he was on the way. Within 30 minutes Mike arrived, diagnosed the problem and within the hour the line was clear and flowing. Mike was efficient, professional and explained in detail both the procedures he was going to use and the cost involved prior to beginning work. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and Mike without reservation. Nice to see customer service performed the old fashion way!
