Review content:
Leominster, MA: Called for service 9:45am on 12/26 and was given an 11am-1pm window. At 1pm received call stating techs were behind schedule that it would be between 1pm-4pm. At 4pm received call that they could not make it out that day and was told that a tech would be out at 11am-1pm on 12/27. Received call at 12:45pm stating tech was just finishing up at previous service call and would call when on their way. At 1pm got call stating a tech was coming soon. Tech did not show up until 4pm. Once the tech arrived the service was great and job well executed. I would have preferred not to wait 30 hrs for service.
