Roto-Router Plumbers 10/1/10 10/3/2010

This is not the first time we have had Roto-Rooter to our home. We call about once a year to clean the main drain of roots. As before the job was done well. We have had other plumbers to our home in the past for the same problem but Roto-Rooter did a better job with no upsale. We will use no other plumber now. more

Roto Rooter Plumbers 8-23-10 9/24/2010

Plumber-Minneapolis..I had a very good experience with Roto-Rooter. I called at 9:00 P.M. expecting to make appt for next AM and they said they could send Dan out right away. He came in 20 min. and gave me the options I had to clean out my main drain. He was very promt and well informed and very pleasant and informative to talk to and he was able to fix my problem in a shorter time than estimated. Thank You Dan J. more

I live in south Minneapolis and called Roto-Rooter to schedule a maintenance of my pipes out to the street as my neighbor's had recently clogged and she had to dig up her entire yard and sidewalk! It was easy to schedule, I was called and told that the plumber was on his way. Brian showed up on time and explained everything to me and then did all the work. Best of all he was very clean and thorough. I would call them again if I needed a plumber or had any kind of plumbing issues. more

We had a problem with our washer draining. Our laundry tub was backed up so we called roto-rooter the next morning. They told us someone would be at the house between 5pm and 8pm. They called at 1pm and said a plumber could be over right away if we were home. Brian in Minneapolis came over and by 2pm our problem was solved. The work was fast and professional. more

We had an idea of what we would need to do but we were not sure who to use. We fortunately had not previously had the need for a plumber. We called at 10:30 am. in the morning, we had a technician by 3:00 pm. at our request. Call center called us 30 minutes before which allowed me to stay at my job until the work needed to be done. Dan 1240 was pleasant and thorough. He walked us through the possible scenarios with my husband was on the speaker phone and we found the main cap that we needed to find. We had new carpet installed and he was very patient and careful with the work he did. He was very pleasant and checked all of the drains before he left the house. It was easy and efficient. Thank you! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 9.15.10 9/16/2010

When I made my main drain emergency call @ 1900 hours for my NW suburban home in Minneapolis I was told I could expect someone within 1 hour. Less than a 1/2 hour later plumber tech #3803 was in my driveway. He was pleasant & went to work right away. He snaked out my drain to the street to remove tree roots & recommended products that would help me to maintain my main pipe so that I could possibly avoid another visit from him for a longer # of years. Yes, the products are Roto-Rooters but they made sense and a pound of prevention is worth more than a ton of cures to me! I will definitely call Roto-Rooters plumbers in Minneapolis again. more

Anthony 3776 came to our house after the toilet plugged up. Plunging was no use,and the flood into the basement was not fun... He arrived shortly after we called, was friendly, and got right to work. It didn't take him long to figure out what our problem was. Our 4 year old had dropped his Spiderman figure into the toilet, and instead of telling us, he flushed it... Anthony told our son that it was not called a 'toy'let for putting toys into it. Very nice guy, great job,clean work...I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in Minneapolis in need of a plumber. more

Our toilet was clogged and leaking. I called Roto-Rooters in Minneapolis and they were literally at my house within an hour. The plumber was very nice and they state the prices up front. He was done within 45 minutes. They also had a coupon on their website for $30 off, which was great. Overall, a good job done quickly. more

We were having drain issues and could not solve them ourselves. We knew we needed a plumber so we called Roto-Rooter to come help us out, we are south of the river, so we needed a plumber in the Minneapolis area. The plumber Mark #910 was very courteous and polite, he knew what he was doing, and he had our drains fixed very quickly. Mark explained things so we knew what was going on and how he was to fix it. He was on time and did the job on our time that we needed and in a timely manner. We would defintely use Roto-Rooter again for any needs that they can help us with. more

Our tub wouldn't drain. We plunged and plunged--until black crud came up in the sink. Yep, then the sink wouldn't drain either. When the water shot through the clean-out cap on the floor like a fountain, we covered the bathroom in towels and called Roto-Rooter. After two hours of serious auger work echoing throughout South Minneapolis, the fine fellow had drilled through the problem, and our water drains better than ever before. We couldn't be given a warranty (because of the nature of our pipes) but it cost a lot less than the last plumber I had do some work, and the drain is now so fast it creates a loud vortex as the water disappears. Really nice. more

I was very pleased with technician Jeff, # 2205. I called on Saturday, August 14 at 6:30 p.m. for a clogged laundry tub. He was there in less than 1/2 hour and ran a cable thru the pipe. It was cleaned out. It drains great! Excellent customer service. I had a coupon which he accepted. He is a smart man, explained everything and is proud to work for Roto-Rooter. I would recommend him anytime. You have a very happy customer and I am impresed that he came so quickly on a Saturday night. Thank you! Nora Gohman, St. Louis Park. more

I wasnt happy weds aug 11 when I had to get to work early and my bathtub drain wouldnt clear and the black water backed up into bathroom sink and i needed to take quick and fast action, so i called roto-rooter and they responded in less than 30 min and the drain situation was fixed immediately by jeff h, a true professional as his trade. I was extremely happy with the service. The rest of the family didnt even know their had been a backup. more
