I went downstairs to do a load of laundry, and a garbage oder took over the whole basement. Looking around, I didnt notice anything unusual. Then my dog Elby came downstairs, and went right to the source. There was a hole in the concrete floor oozing corn and other leftovers we had put down the garbage disposal the night before. My first thught was that we had a backed up line, ans Roto-Rooter poped in my head. I went to the yellow pages, found Roto-Rooter, and to my surprise, conveniently COUPONS! Coupons right in the yellow pages. I thought it was great! When I called, the lady on the other line said the technician would be ther within two hours. That was nice. Then soon after I got a call that he was on his way. When he arrived, he introduced his name as Mark. He said he came all the way from Robinsdale, which is a pretty long drive, and he still made it within the two hours.Mark explained a lot to us about our plumbing lines and what not to throw down the disposal.. Like cooked spagetti. I had no idea. He did a very prfofessional job , and we are satified with our service. Thank you Roto Rotter, and thank you Mark.
