we had a drainage issue & called out RR. they arrived promptly and were very professional & courteous. without a camera the technician was able to determine there was a break in the main sewer line from our home to the street. He didnt have a camera but set a time to have someone come up later in the day with a camera to confirm. he gave a worse case scenario quote of $9K! once the camera guy came out, he re-quoted based on where the bust was for $5750.00. we got a second opinion from Aramendia in San Antonio, also, and their quote was $1890.00. Aramendia performs free quotes, so it is nice to get a 2nd opinion. luckily both company's plumbers agreed on the problem and it's location. so, nice to know we weren't being duped by either company. We went with Aramendia and were happy with the work. I recommend always getting 2 quotes/evaluations.
