Roto rooter came within an hour of us calling to fix a pipe gushing water from our shower. The plumber from the Philadelphia branch was incredibly helpful and got everything done ...

This is great service! 6/5/2011

Tony arrived on time, then lugged the new toilet upstairs. Then, he saved me money by insisting that the problem had been in the old toilet and I did NOT need my pipes cleaned out [I had been prepared to do this]. Then it seemed I had ordered the wrong kind of toilet, but with quick thinking and a lot of work, he made it all work out! Thanks Roto-Rooter. more

The response was just as explained and quick. The plumber was knowledgable, but did not have the right equipment with him. Another plumber came a short time after, and the two of them fixed the problem. They were neat, and cleaned up very well after themselves. They stayed on the job until all was well again. I would recommend this service. more

The service man was very knowledgeable and friendly. After looking at the sewer pipe in the basement, that was backed-up and leaking water onto the floor, he let us know what would be needed to solve our plumbing problem. He also told us what the cost would be and suggested we have a camera sent through the pipes because he found small roots inside while getting the sewer pipe line open. He (Service #2087) did a great job and we have an appointment to send the camera through the pipes free of charge at a later date. more

Overall, the service was good. The plumber was professional, efficient and did the job well. Being able to run a camera (free of charge) through the pipe was also a plus. The only negative - No one came during the 3 hour window I had scheduled for service so i had to reschedule for the following day - they were more prompt the 2nd day. I live in Philadelphia. more

A Saturday afternoon...my only day off...laundry to do, dishes to wash and water seeping up into the middle of my basement. Where will I find a plumber in Philadelphia on a Saturday afternoon??? What to do??? Suddenly, the jingle "Roto-Rooter, that's the name, and away goes trouble down the drain..." pops into my mind. So I called, and within two hours, my trouble was solved. The gentleman who responded was professional, informative, courteous. I am so impressed!!! I am telling everyone I know that Roto-Rooter is the number to call when a plumber is needed. more

This past Sunday our sewer backed up. I live in the Philadelphia area and needed a plumber on a Sunday so I remembered an ad for Roto-Rooter and called them. I am glad I did, I received excellent service from the beginning. They told me they would have someone here in an hour and they did. The service the plumber provided was great. He provided us with help hints too. I would recommend to anyone. more

Life Saver 1/16/2011

On a Sunday afternoon when our sewer backed up we called Roto-Rooter and they told us they would have someone to our house in an hour. They showed up right on time and went right to work fixing our problem. It is not fun when you have a problem like this but it is great when you get great service. more
