A Saturday afternoon...my only day off...laundry to do, dishes to wash and water seeping up into the middle of my basement. Where will I find a plumber in Philadelphia on a Saturday afternoon??? What to do??? Suddenly, the jingle "Roto-Rooter, that's the name, and away goes trouble down the drain..." pops into my mind. So I called, and within two hours, my trouble was solved. The gentleman who responded was professional, informative, courteous. I am so impressed!!! I am telling everyone I know that Roto-Rooter is the number to call when a plumber is needed.
