04/13/2015 So thankful we used Roto-Rooter Plumbers! Tony came out from Palm Coast, FL all the way to Ormond Beach / Daytona Beach area right at the beginning of the appointment window, same day. His knowledge about the area was critical to solving the problem. He braved the pouring rain looking for our septic tank. We just moved in and the listing for the house clearly stated City Sewer but Tony's background and observation skills said otherwise. We quickly contacted the City to confirm, and sure enough we have a septic tank! He called for backup from his Roto-Rooter pump tank truck just in case we needed it. The two guys found the tank buried under the ground with a bush planted over top! Very friendly, helpful and patient the entire time, torrential downpour and all. Tony stayed in communication with us every step of the way so we knew what to expect next. Turns out roots had grown in to the line and totally messed it up! The guys dug it up, fixed it AND pumped the tank. However, they didn't stop there! We had a washing machine delivery during the same time window and they noticed our valve stems for the hot and cold water were the original from when the house was built in 1979. Not only did they need to be replaced, (badly) but the red and blue values were swapped! Tony went and got the parts, and replaced both with fancy new hardware that featured threaded lines in case we need to work on them in the future. He also gutted two lines that were sticking out from where a fisherman's sink used to be next to the washer and dryer to prevent total chaos. This job was way more than any of us involved could have imagined. I am so glad we trusted a Roto-Rooter plumber because they lived up to their great reputation! Will definitely call again when it's time for our newly located septic tank to be pumped again. Thanks Tony! more

What a great experience! 07-2011 8/3/2011

Roto-Rooter is awesome! I needed a new toilet for my rental in Ormand Beach and they were there quickly with a great price and friendly service. Jon was great to work with and took care of everything so easily! I wish I'd called them in the past instead of putting up with mediocre product elsewhere. I hope I don't need them too often, but I know who I'll call whenever I do!! more

I called Roto-Rooter on a Friday afternoon and was very pleased to have Jon M quickly arrive at my rural New Smyrna Beach home. What I had though was just a slowing septic system was not easily resolved, and we quickly realized I needed a tank pump out. Despite heat, rain and lightning, the techs had my system working quickly and for a GREAT price. Thank you for the great service and the 6 month warranty! You now have a loyal lifetime customer, who was educated about her septic system at the same time! more

I had all my toilets back up...even into my tubs and shower. It was bad enough that I had the back up but it was on a SUNDAY! I couldn't believe the mess. I called Roto-Rooter and a really nice young man named John called me back to tell me he could fix it. more

The prompt and courteous service just wont be saying enough... We here at Ocean Shore Mini Storage in Ormond by the Sea greatly appreciate the services of Roto Rooter and our ""plumber"" Eric in particular. During the lift station pump outs that are performed throughout the year the process goes as smooth as one could asks. Always kept informed and and very prompt and timely...And not to mention the pricing. Which is very reasonable considering the importance and quality of work done....Roto Rooter deserves this 5 star rating and that's why i'm rating it as such..Way to go and keep up the excellent work....You will be HIGHLY recommended :) more

Honest, Reliable & Knowledgeable Plumbers! 7/12/2011

At 10:00 p.m. on a Friday night while I'm cooking food for my daughter's birthday party scheduled the next day (Saturday) both toilets & showers decide to reek havoc on my party & back up. I was ready to cry! First I was worried about the cost, after all it was very late & on a Friday night. I looked in the yellow pages & Roto-Rooter had an ad that promised 365 days a year, 24 hrs/day w/ no extra charge for weekends, nights, or holidays. I called & explained what my problem was, a plumber by the name of Jon called me back . We made arrangements for him to be at my house at 8:00 a.m. He was right on time & fixed the problem quickly. Jon was very professional, polite, knowledgeable & trustworthy. He fixed the problem throughly explaining what he was planning on doing & why. Even while he performed the work he explained what he was doing and why. He quickly figured out what the problem was & fixed it. Jon also gave me good advice on how to make sure we don't have reoccurring problems. I'd like you to know that I was able to finish everything I needed to get done before the birthday party & take a shower all because Roto-Rooter was on time, professional, reliable, honest & trustworthy! Believe me, I've got a plumber now because I wouldn't trust anyone else! Thank you Roto-Rooter for saving the day! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbing Service 6/28/2011

Very fast response time. The plumber who came to the house was very friendly, courteous and professional. I had a couple of problems. Shower drain was clogged and backing up into the bathtub and water running constantly in one the the toilets. Jon did a great job replacing the the bad toilet works and cleaning out that stubborn clog. Great job. I'd call Roto-Rooter again. more

Great Service!! 6/16/2011

We had just moved into our new house when we realized that the toilet in our Master Bath wasn't flushing very well. We called Roto-Rooter, and they came out the same day. Ended up that a bunch of the inner-workings of the toilet needed to be replaced, but Josh (our technician) did the job quickly and efficiently. Great work, guys. We'll definitely be calling you again! more

Plumbing Service 5/16/2011

I used the Rotor-Rooter twice. Although both were non-emergency services, the service man came both times within couple hours of me placing the call. I found the plumber very professional and courteous. He worked efficiently and did a good job. I would use this company again for plumbing work at my house. Very reliable and easy to work with. more

This is the second time I have had Roto-Rooter send a plumber to my Daytona Beach residence. Both times they were professional and courteous. This time it was for a septic tank pump out. Plumber was more than happy to answer any questions on how the system worked. Both times they left their workspace clean. Would use them again in the future... more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 8/21/10 8/22/2010

Tony came out to fix a weakened cold water pipe I broke right at the "T" as i was removing the old vanity as i was demoing our master bath. he managed to remove to piece in te "T" added a new pipe and replaced both corroded shut off valves with new 1/4 turn valves. He did this in just over an hour. He could have easily cut off all of the piping and replaced everything and charged us a small fortune but he did just did what he needed to do to fix the problem. He was very professional and very pleasent. He is a young guy but definitely 'old school' in his attitude in taking care of the customer. The price was fair for Saturday work, including the 2 valves. That is why we keep using Roto-Rooter.\r \r Tom more
