I called Roto-Rooter on a Friday afternoon and was very pleased to have Jon M quickly arrive at my rural New Smyrna Beach home. What I had though was just a slowing septic system was not easily resolved, and we quickly realized I needed a tank pump out. Despite heat, rain and lightning, the techs had my system working quickly and for a GREAT price. Thank you for the great service and the 6 month warranty! You now have a loyal lifetime customer, who was educated about her septic system at the same time!
