Called Roto Rooter..they came right out and removed roots from our cess pool. They made the process so easy. We'll be right out! No extra charge for weekends or holidays! We had a completely clogged drain and garbage disposal. Conveniently scheduled the visit on-line and was very satisfied with the service. The plumber came to our place just north of Boston, was thorough, gave us great hints for avoiding future trouble and ""away goes trouble down the drain"" (couldn't help it...) Pros: thorough service and great tips for avoiding more trouble Cons: arrived much later than we were told more

Steve, the Roto-Rooter plumber, was certainly there when I needed him today. I had a clogged drain that was causing water to leak out into my kitchen and down into my basement. I made an appointment online for the afternoon, but Steve was here late morning. He walked me through what he was doing, gave me info on how to prevent the problem from recurring, and discussed the 6 month guarantee. All things considered, it was easy and professional. 4 stars instead of 5 just because of price... which could be competitive for all I know! more

I can't review what hasn't been done 12/20/2008

I waited four hours yesterday before calling to see where the plumber they had promised would be over within two hours was. They told me they would reschedule for tomorrow between ten and noon. Just called them again after they didn't show and they said they didn't even have me scheduled! Six hours I waited for them! They are the fools though. I need a boiler replaced and an inspection done so that is about $5000 worth of business that someone else will get. more
