I waited four hours yesterday before calling to see where the plumber they had promised would be over within two hours was. They told me they would reschedule for tomorrow between ten and noon. Just called them again after they didn't show and they said they didn't even have me scheduled! Six hours I waited for them! They are the fools though. I need a boiler replaced and an inspection done so that is about $5000 worth of business that someone else will get.
