We called roto rooter to reset a toilet that had been leaking. The tech Louis H arrived on time, completed the work in a timely fashion for a reasobale price.Plus he guaranteed the work for six months which is great. Overall we were pretty happy with the service. more

We had a peripheral toilet back-up around 5pm on a Sunday and were initially advised that someone could be there between 5 and 7. Unfortunately, it seems that others were experiencing similar issues or more complicated than ours. with the toilet not being in immediate use and as long as everything could remain contained, we re-scheduled. our repairman showed up the next day, on time. He was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and courteous and resolved the issue in about an hr. more

I called Roto-Rooter this afternoon because of a problem with my toilet. It was 2:35 pm.They said someone could come out today between 3 and 5 pm. I of course was thrilled. Who can live without a toilet? They then called me 10 minutes later to say someone was on their way. Eppie came to my rescue. He was wonderful. He explained all that was going to get done and then he did it and the clog was cleared. It took about 1/2 hour. Eppie then told me about turning off my outside water and explained why I should do that. Then he did it for me ! ! ! ! My experience today was wonderful. If I ever have a problem like this again, Eppie will be the first I call from Roto-Rooter. I was so surprised and happy with the excellent service today. He is a wonderful plumber from Waterbury. more
