Review content:
We had a peripheral toilet back-up around 5pm on a Sunday and were initially advised that someone could be there between 5 and 7. Unfortunately, it seems that others were experiencing similar issues or more complicated than ours. with the toilet not being in immediate use and as long as everything could remain contained, we re-scheduled. our repairman showed up the next day, on time. He was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and courteous and resolved the issue in about an hr.
