Elvis came out to my house yesterday and helped me find the best price, best options, and best parts for my home AND my budget. I couldn't ask for a better plumber, and if I did, Elvis would still be the one to show up. Amazing work, would definitely recommend these gentlemen. more

Thank You Roto-Rooter ! 1/4/2010

I called for a plumber at 11:00pm and Roto-Rooter was the only Seattle plumbing company I could find that answered their phone that late at night. The plumber was at out house in less that an hour. He introduced himself, listened to my concerens and checked for the plumbing problem. He found the problem in minutes and quoted me the price in writing. Them he went to work and was done in about an hour. He was very informative and told me what he was doing as he did it. When he was finished, he told me how to prevent the problem from happening again.What GREAT service! more

Agreed! Find someone more experienced 6/19/2007

These young guys don't have much tact in dealing with customers, seemed to be in a HUGE hurry, broke their tool inside our system, blamed our previous plumber, and left without finishing the job. Call someone who doesn't just employ kids on summer break from high school or college - call a real plumber, many companies are cheaper and better. btw -the "real" plumbers showed up and finished the job just fine. No thanks Rotorooter! ;-) more

fast dispatching, good tools, bad quality, high price 6/28/2006

They've got cool mini vans and tons of tools. But the technicians are not well trained (at least in my case). That said, the price they charge makes no sense at all. If you have a small job, they should be able to do that (you too, right?); otherwise, hey, better call other plumbers! more
