Review content:
These young guys don't have much tact in dealing with customers, seemed to be in a HUGE hurry, broke their tool inside our system, blamed our previous plumber, and left without finishing the job. Call someone who doesn't just employ kids on summer break from high school or college - call a real plumber, many companies are cheaper and better.
btw -the "real" plumbers showed up and finished the job just fine. No thanks Rotorooter! ;-)
