Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 10/16/11 - Great job! 10/16/2011

Had water backup in basement at 8 pm on a Sunday night, needed a Minneapolis plumber and called Roto-Rooter Someone was here within the hour. Harrison solvd the problem quickly, efficiently and economically. We took his card and would hire him again in a heart beat. Thank you Harrison! more

Ask for Mark Heigel 10/7/2011

I own a water restoration service (flooded basements, etc) so I call on plumbers often for burst pipes, sewage backups, and so on. In the line of duty, I called Roto Rooter yesterday when the plumber I usually use told me he couldn't help me clear a main line. Turned out that my customer's home had a plumbing issue in the kitchen AND a main line backup--so Mark came out. He is a ""Combo-Tech"" meaning he can do plumbing and snake out main lines. We were working in an older house with a ton of weird issues--but Mark stuck it and continually problem-solved until he got both issues taken care of. I was very impressed. He took the time to explain every step of the process to me and I learned so much about household plumbing yesterday. I'm grateful for the knowledge since I encounter plumbing issues frequently in connection with the services I provide. I'm happy to provide a reference for Mark anytime. Great Service 9/23/2011

Mark is a great technician. In addition to main line clean out he had to reconfigure the p trap in our bathroom to remove a clog. I highly recommend Roto Rooter. more

Best Serviceman: Dennis 9/11/2011

Our Minneapolis main sewer line backed up recently and we had used Roto-Rooter Plumber service before, so we called them again. They sent out Dennis. He was Amazing! He was very helpful in answering a few separate plumbing questions without hesitation as well as un-clogging our line quickly and efficiently. I believe we will always request Dennis as our future Plumber as he was friendly and willing to help the situation not happen again any time soon as well as prevent future problems. He also was willing to accept the online coupon without my printing it out, as we discussed prior to starting the services. He understood that we are on a limited budget and was willing to help us out any way he could. more

Great service 9/6/2011

Roto-Rooter was wonderful. They came out very early and stayed until the job was done. Explained that we also needed a camera to see what was going on so that we had it on record. The tech was very nice and explained to me what needed to be done and why. more

my experience with roto-rooter 4/20/2011

my experience with roto-rooter. roto-rooter save the day. a parent of 3 with kids life is always busy and you are not always checking what all is been thrown down the drain. I came to discover that you better be on your toes at all times though I find out the hard way when our only tub refused to drain today. one of the kids had put a toy down the drain. I contacted roto-rooter and in no time they have Tim on the way who came and save the day. Thank you Tim and roto-rooter for saving the day and bringing peace home again. more
