Our Minneapolis main sewer line backed up recently and we had used Roto-Rooter Plumber service before, so we called them again. They sent out Dennis. He was Amazing! He was very helpful in answering a few separate plumbing questions without hesitation as well as un-clogging our line quickly and efficiently. I believe we will always request Dennis as our future Plumber as he was friendly and willing to help the situation not happen again any time soon as well as prevent future problems. He also was willing to accept the online coupon without my printing it out, as we discussed prior to starting the services. He understood that we are on a limited budget and was willing to help us out any way he could.
