Professional all the way 5/22/2012

May 21, 2012: As water was backing up into my basement at midnight, one plumber I phoned said they used the words ?emergency service? just for advertising. Another ?24/7? plumber took eight hours to respond. When I contacted The Roto-Rooter team, though, I clearly was dealing with smart, friendly professionals. They took care of my badly silted sewer line promptly, threw in a discount coupon I didn?t know about, left my wife and me smiling, and even made friends with our dog. Chuck and Nick, you guys are the best, the perfect answer for a bad situation. Thanks all! more

Roto - Rooter Plumbers 2-21-2011 2/21/2011

I needed Rooter - Rooter Plumbers Out of South Chicagoland area service was GREAT ! My Toliet is back working properly. I was also explained what not to do so this would not happen again. Great service 2/14/2011

I had to have Roto Rooter, Merrillville, IN out to my mom's house that we are selling. All of the drains and plumbing had to be rodded out. Daniel Flores is the plumber sent out to do the job. He was very professional and I plan to call him in the near future for my bathroom. I would not hesitate to call Roto Rooter for any plumbing needs. more

Merrilliville, IN shop dispached a plumber out to us on new years eve. Not only was he pleasant but very efficient. Tree roots had caused quite a disaster in our drain system. In the end we needed more than the general rodding, they had to install an outside access site the following day. Again everyone was very professional and efficient. They took care of everything including getting the city out to mark the water lines etc. Prior to the outside digging. Even though this was not how we planned to start the New Year, their hard work and professionalism made this experience a good one. more

Roto-Rooter 11/12/2010

I used Roto-Rooter to rod out two pipes. I made the mistake of using my garbage disposal to get rid of old leftovers. Big mistake! The sewer specialist cleared the drain and pipe and explained that our old pipes can not handle food disposal and to not do it ever again unless I want to have the pipes roded every time. Unfortunately it's not cheap enough to do that, so I will never use my disposal for food again. He also gave other helpful advice on how to improve our plumbing in the future. Advice we plan on using when we remodel our kitchen in the near future. more
