My toilet was clogged for two weeks. We tried powerful liquids and a snake. Nothing worked. Well, it did for a day or two. I called rotorooter and the service was professional from beginning to end. Everyone who called me was professional and polite. They kept me posted on their travels before they came to my home. The person who came to do the job was just as professional. He explained all the steps and was very knowledgable in his field. They are quite pricy but it's worth it knowing that you gave the job to the right person. First thing on a Sunday morning we found our sewer backing up into our basement. Remembering that we saw them on Undercover Boss we immediately called Roto-Rooter. The operator was so kind to us and dispatched a repair technician right away. Sherwin arrived within an hour. He quickly found an access point that I never knew existed. It was in a very inconvienent location, but he cleaned out the pipes and fixed the problem! Sherwin went above and beyond when he informed me that he had arranged to have my system scoped free of charge to ensure we would never have the problem again! It turns out that the pipes have severe cracks and displacement and they need to be fully replaced. Thanks to Sherwin's professionalism, attention to detail, personality, and compassion for the predicament my family was in I knew there was only one company to do the replacement. Roto-Rooter! Vinny helped me with a hairbrush my daughter had dropped down our toilet. He was fast, cleaned up and was efficient. He was also covering for another location. Pros: Clean goood efficient Cons: pricey, but not too bad more

We had a sink problem and wanted it fixed fast. We called roto-rooter and they said they would have a technician at the house within the hour (on a sunday no less!). I was very suprised because I envisioned having to wait forever to book an appointment. The technician arrived in about half an hour, identified the problem right away and took care of it. All in all the problem was solved in about 1.5 hours. The price was a little steep but to me it was worth it for the convenience of having the problem solved quickly.
