My toilet was clogged for two weeks. We tried powerful liquids and a snake. Nothing worked. Well, it did for a day or two. I called rotorooter and the service was professional from beginning to end. Everyone who called me was professional and polite. They kept me posted on their travels before they came to my home. The person who came to do the job was just as professional. He explained all the steps and was very knowledgable in his field. They are quite pricy but it's worth it knowing that you gave the job to the right person. I would definitely call them again.\r
