Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

The service man that came to my house for Roto-Rooter was exceptional. He was very friendly and he really knew his business. He did a fantastic job and it only took him a short time. He made sure everything was left exactly how he found it. I applaud Roto-Rooter for their service as well as for their service men. I couldn't be happier or more pleased with their work. My tech was number #1444 and he was terriffic!! The plumber was from Kenosha, WI. more

It all started with just a drip at the basement. Next thing we knew we were emptying gallons of water in an hour!There was a major crack at the valve that connects the city's water supply to the house supply. My husband had to get up every 3-4 hrs to empty the big bucket! It didnt help that it was Sunday night. This was supposed to be a 2 year old house. We weren't suppose to have this kind of problems. So we went online and read that Roto-Rooter had the best customer reviews among all the other plumbing companies. My husband called and they were very helpful and patient. They called us back in 10 min to let us know that a plumber will be here first thing in the morning. Chris (8106) (plumber) came right on time. He was very courteous and very thorough in explaining EVERYTHING ( from estimate to how to take care of the plumbing in your HOUSE)! who does that,right? It just shows that this guy really cares about his customers. Otherwise he wouldn't go to such extra length as to explain to us about maintenance... Chris was also able to explain to Kenosha Water Utility that it was an urgent matter. So instead of waiting for the city to shut off the supply in 2-3 days he did it in 2 hours! Chris saved our basement (and all that's in it), probably thousands of dollars and gave us peace of mind. The last thing we need is have water (at high pressure) flooding into our basement. Roto-Rooter is my HERO! I came home to find a giant puddle my kitchen as water continued to pour through a can light in the ceiling! My husband was at work and I didn't know what to do. Nothing appeared to be leaking from upstairs - I was perplexed and stressed to say the least! My neighbor recommend I called Roto-Rooter. Best advice! They sent a plumber from the Kenosha area to my home for emergency service - and he was TERRIFIC! "Mike" arrived quickly (and even put on little booties which showed me he had respect for my home). The leak was not easy to find, but thanks to the perseverance of our Roto-Rooter Guy, he found the leak (p-trap by our a/c unit) and was able to solve the problem! When customer service sometimes seems like a thing of the past, Roto-Rooter exceeded our expectations - from the dispatcher on the phone to our technician - you have sure earned our family's loyalty! We were getting sewage backup from our basement drain. I decided to go cheap and rent a machine to clean out the line myself. Big mistake. Six hours later I called Roto-rooter. Keven was at my door in 30 min.. He had fixed the clog and cleaned up in another 30 min. I would highly recommend Kevin as your plumber if you ever have a problem in Kenosha. more

I called Roto-Rooter for a plumber in Kenosha on a Saturday night, Mikhail arrived at 0830 on Sunday morning to replace a failed sewage pump. He was fast and professional. Definately recommend. more

It was Monday evening 4pm. We called Roto Rooter from Kenosha and they said the plumber would be at our house between 7-10pm. He called at 5 and said he would be at our house in 30 mins:) He was very nice and professional. He cleared our drain, cleaned up and was on his way in about 1 hour. Thank you Roto-Rooter. more

We had the misfortune of a basement flood over Memorial Day weekend. Not fun! The plumber from Roto Rooter was over in an hour from Kenosha. An hour and a half after that our new Sump Pump was installed. Disaster was avoided. Roto-Rooter is our go-to plumber going forward!! more

Called Roto-Rooter. The plumber arrived from Kenosha in about 2 hours. Did a really good job of cleaning the sewer lines. The service man had lots of helpful hints and seemed like a really nice guy. He left everything in good order. I'll call him again if I need him, but sure hope I don't. more

Last Saturday night just after dinner the kitchen sink drain backed up and I was unable to relieve the clog. Checking the yellow pages and the internet I found an advertisement for Roto-Rooter which said that they had 24 hour service with no extra charge for evenings and weekends. I called the number and the dispatcher was extremely helpful and said that the plumber could be at my house within two hours and would call 30 minutes before arriving. He called one hour later and arrived 30 minutes later. His presentation was very professional. He checked the problem and explained what needed to be done including cost and discounts. He got my approval before starting work. Within 45 minutes he had the job completed and he did a great job cleaning everything up. On top of a great job the work is guaranteed for 6 months. I was very satisfied and I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. more
