It all started with just a drip at the basement. Next thing we knew we were emptying gallons of water in an hour! There was a major crack at the valve that connects the city's water supply to the house supply. My husband had to get up every 3-4 hrs to empty the big bucket! It didnt help that it was Sunday night. This was supposed to be a 2 year old house. We weren't suppose to have this kind of problems. So we went online and read that Roto-Rooter had the best customer reviews among all the other plumbing companies. My husband called and they were very helpful and patient. They called us back in 10 min to let us know that a plumber will be here first thing in the morning. Chris (8106) (plumber) came right on time. He was very courteous and very thorough in explaining EVERYTHING ( from estimate to how to take care of the plumbing in your HOUSE)! who does that, right? It just shows that this guy really cares about his customers. Otherwise he wouldn't go to such extra length as to explain to us about maintenance... Chris was also able to explain to Kenosha Water Utility that it was an urgent matter. So instead of waiting for the city to shut off the supply in 2-3 days he did it in 2 hours! Chris saved our basement (and all that's in it), probably thousands of dollars and gave us peace of mind. The last thing we need is have water (at high pressure) flooding into our basement. Again, thanks a lot Chris! BTW , pls take advantage of their coupons they honor it. Just dont forget to mention it.
