Roto-Rooter Service 7-30-09 10/17/2009

After countless problems with our plumbing, we finally had to have our sewer line dug up and replaced. It was a big job that we were definitely not looking forward to. However, Roto-Rooter did an excellent job as usual. We were amazed by the wonderful service, their attention to time & detail and their professionalism. 10/9/09 Had a very positive experience with Roto-Rooter. technichian arrived promptly and quickly, and assessed our problem for free.He was very courteous and professional, and will be returning tomorrow, first thing in the morning to install our new hot water tank. Fantastic customer service 8/11/2009

I called Roto Rooter at 6:45 pm and AJ the service technician arrived within an hour. He went right to work , diagnosed and solved the issue promptly; was out the door within 30 minutes of arrival. He gave me practical advice for future issues. AJ was coureous, friendly and efficient. I will reccommend Roto Rooter to friends and family. Pros: prompt and efficient service more

A great service, Fast affordable 8/10/2009

I made a request on Aug6th online and they call 8am on Aug7th to confirm they were there by 830am on the 7th. Larry the technician was great he gave us pointer ans advice on drain maintenance as well as fixed our drain fast and it was affordable. Thanks to larry and rotor rooter they stand by their word Pros: fast service more

Roto-Rotor is a very professional company that respects you and your home. From the first call they were very professional. They call 30 minutes before they come out. The job took a little longer than expected but he said that they stay until the job is done right! That gave me a lot of confidence. Very clean and efficient way of doing work. Keep it up! Great Job - with a refund! 7/9/2009

From the minute I called and spoke to the dispatcher, to the technician who came out to diagnose my issue, through to Larry (1241) the Field Supervisor who came with acamera and set me up for a sanitary sewer replacement, my experience was excellent. The excavators that Larry lined up were phenomenal - dancing under and around my large tree and extensive flower beds, resulting in a lot less collateral damage than I have seen on other folks properties that used other companies. And, to top it off, almost 10% of the quoted job cost was refunded as the job was done in a 1.5 days rather than 2 full days. I hope I never have a need again, but if I do, I know who I am calling - Roto-Rooter! Pros: Customer Service/Satisfaction more
