From the minute I called and spoke to the dispatcher, to the technician who came out to diagnose my issue, through to Larry (1241) the Field Supervisor who came with acamera and set me up for a sanitary sewer replacement, my experience was excellent. The excavators that Larry lined up were phenomenal - dancing under and around my large tree and extensive flower beds, resulting in a lot less collateral damage than I have seen on other folks properties that used other companies. And, to top it off, almost 10% of the quoted job cost was refunded as the job was done in a 1.5 days rather than 2 full days. I hope I never have a need again, but if I do, I know who I am calling - Roto-Rooter!
