I had a bathroom sink leaking and tried to repair it myself. One run to Home-Depot and one hour later I managed to mess up the pop-up connection and could not figure it out. I did a search and roto-rooter came up (I thought they only dealt with drainage issues... they are actually full service plumbing). They got to my house from their Holbrook NY location in about 30 minutes - on a Sunday! - quoted the repair at no cost and took care of it right away when I approved it. I also asked them to take a look at a slow flushing toilet and they took care of it too, giving me a $75.00 discount on their standard rate. To be sure, I thought it was a little pricey but I believe that you get what you pay for. The pipes below my sink now look much better and more professionally installed and everything is working great. In addition, the technician / plumber servicing my house was probably one of the most professional tradesmen I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend them.
