Saturday morning, house full of out of town guests, toilets and showers back up. From the person who answered the phone to the follow up call with estimated time of arrival to Demetrius who saved the day, it was wonderful. It turned out that a seashell had fallen down the toilet and gotten wedged in the pipe. Demetrius was determined to get it out and after hard work he did. Word to the wise, remove anything and everything that could fall down the toilet away from the toilet area. Thank you for your professionalism and knowledge on how to tackle this problem. You saved the day. more

We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter plumbing service! Being new to the Fort Lauderdale area, we didn't know who to call when our pipes became clogged and the bathrooms were unusable on a Friday night. Our service tech, Roderick, came right away, was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. There was no extra charge to have someone come out on a Friday night which we were very grateful for. He did a whole house drain cleaning and the house was back in running order within the hour. We are extremely happy with the service and professionalism of Roto-Rooter and highly recommend them. more

Great Service 6/14/2011

Had a very difficult clog - everything was backing up. The Roto-Rooter technician #1229 (Demitrius) showed up and was the best! He was professional, friendly and totally professional. He worked for over 3.5 hours and we were just about to give up when he said ""let me try one more time"" And then everything worked. We owe it all to his tireless efforts. more

Wonderful service! 3/4/2011

The service Roto-Rooter provided was excellent. They showed up at the early side of my time window, were helpful, effective and friendly. They successful solved the problem in my bathroom and gave me tips to ensure it does not happen again. I was very pleased with with the experience and I will use them again if needed. Our bathrooms and sinks were clogged, mind you on a sunday morning, bathroom and shower not draining. My sister recommeded I call Roto-Rooter, and in about and hour and a half we had a super nice service tech named Jose at our door. Along with his assistant, job well done. more

We had a clogged kitchen sink on Christmas Eve and called RotoRooter. The plumber Demetrius from Roto-Rooter in Fort Lauderdale was over in less than an hour. He cleqared the clog and was friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable as well. more

Our guest bathroom has been giving us problems for years, but today was the worst. We decided to call Roto-Rooter. The tech was here within an hour, on a SUNDAY non the less, and was able to define and fix our problem in less than an hour. The price was affordable and we are really happy with the out come! Wish we had called them earlier! more

Last night we had an amazing experience with Roto-Rooter Fort Lauderdale...at around 7pm we had an emergency plumbing issue and I called Roto Rooter right away. The woman that took my call and scheduled my appointment was very friendly and efficient. The plumber arrived at our house at the scheduled time and he was able to correct our problem. He was very nice, and took his time to ensure that his work was accurate. Overall, our experience with this company was EXCELLENT! more

We had a horrible backed up mess in our bath tub and toilet. We called RR Ft. Lauderdale and the gentlemen told us he'd be there in an hour. He made it to Boca in 45 minutes. He fixed our problem and told us we had a 6 month guarantee. We were very happy! more

My 18th month old nicely placed a sponge inside the guest bathroom toilet and flushed. It flushed OK for 2 days and suddenly stopped. I am an army wife and really did not know what to do!!! Called the only ones I could feel trust to be at home by myself with my baby (Roto-Rooter).They got an appt within 1 1/2 hour.Ronald came and he was beyond corteous, respectful and polite (it was 10:30 in the evening...) He explained to me where the sponge could be and my options... off course I told him to go ahead with the service. He was thorough and left no mess behind at all. You would have never known he was there except that the toilet was flushing properly once again, Many thanks to Ronald and Roto-Rooter. It is sure a tought job that customers should appreciate more!!!! Pros: Cleaniness, Courtesy, Politeness...effective service more
