My 18th month old nicely placed a sponge inside the guest bathroom toilet and flushed. It flushed OK for 2 days and suddenly stopped. I am an army wife and really did not know what to do!!! Called the only ones I could feel trust to be at home by myself with my baby (Roto-Rooter).They got an appt within 1 1/2 hour.Ronald came and he was beyond corteous, respectful and polite (it was 10:30 in the evening...) He explained to me where the sponge could be and my options... off course I told him to go ahead with the service. He was thorough and left no mess behind at all. You would have never known he was there except that the toilet was flushing properly once again, Many thanks to Ronald and Roto-Rooter. It is sure a tought job that customers should appreciate more!!!!
