Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

Anthony/ID 2440 from Roto Rooter just left our house after a drain in our basement totally backed up. We couldn't have been more pleased with his professionalism, patience and thorough knowledge of what needed to be done to solve our problem. He arrived and began by asking a lot of questions to determine exactly what happened. Anthony was extremely thorough and it was evident he was very well versed and trained in his field. After establishing what needed to be done, he went right to work. Not only did he double check and triple check that our issue was fixed, he had me flush toilets, run the rinse cycle on the washing machine and run water all over the house to ensure we weren't surprised later that evening with another back up! He never pressured us to do more than what was necessary to fix our issue and he provided us with a lot of tips to help prevent this same kind of problem going forward. Again, we were totally satisfied and pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend Roto Rooter to anyone experiencing plumbing issues. Roto-Rooter was very fast and effective. I called at about 7pm or so and they had someone out in less than a half hour, I was amazed by this because it was even on a holiday. My technician Bill(722) was extremely helpful and very good at explaining what was going to happen and ways for me to prevent the issue from happening in the future. I was very pleased with my experience and this was my first time using Roto-Rooter and I will definitely use them again because of the great experience that I had. more

The plumbers were able to come the same day I called...within mere hours. They were very friendly and walked me through everything that needed to be done. I'm not saavy on anything plumbing related so I was worried about being taken advantage of. However, this was not at all the case. They informed me upfront of what was needed and recommended but optional. They did not try to talk me into anything extra. They fixed my toilet in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again and recommend them to family/friends. more

Roto Rooter to the rescue once again !!! Chris was here Sunday night during the severe weather threats from about 1130pm tiill 1AM working to unclog the drain in our basement/family room that had come up and into the house. Roto Rooter is always there when you need them. We have had to call them several times over the years and always professional and efficient!!!! more

Our kitchen faucet was dripping and starting to leak into the cabinet. It was outdated and badly needed to be replaced. Chris came and diagnosed the situation and also pointed out that the wood of the cabinet was very weak and wouldn't support a new faucet. He came up with the idea of building up the faucet onto a new piece of wood to support the new faucet. He mounted the new board,drilled the necessary holes for the faucet and made it look good. Not only did he get the job done right when he had to improvise,he also put in a new faucet with an extendable spray hose on the side which was a nice addition and well needed. We've used Roto-Rooter Plumbing a number of times and would use them again. (Hopefully it will be a while ha ha.) I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs no matter how small or how big as they re-plumbed our whole house too. Thanks Chris for all your help and thank you Roto-Rooter. more

We were surprised to find our basement drain from one bathroom with sewer water coming out onto the floor. After my husband trying to snake it out, I called Roto-Rooter and Dave came out. He fixed the blockage and suggested ways to prevent it from happening again. He was very professional and cleaned up after. Very happy with the service. Woke up on Saturday to a horrible odor in the basement...found out the sewer had backed up into our storage room and into the carpeted portion of the basement. We immediately called Roto-rooter and Aaron was out within the hour. He fixed the blocked pipe and also suggested additional service with the field supervisor because something still didn't seem right. He gave us a good deal, was effective and timely. Couldn't be happier with the service. more

2 very polite guys showed up on Saturday and were able to take care of my clogged drain in about an hour. They did not leave any mess and they thoroughy checked for any other issues I have have with drains. I was very happy with the service. more

My kitchen sink was clogged up for over a week. We tried to fix it ourselves and was unsuccessful. I call Roto-rooter today and the plumber was here within the hour as stated. He quoted a price before beginning the job. He completed the job quickly and also gave me tips to maintain the drain. He was very informative regarding comparing prices of other plumbing companies and I didn't feel pressured to use this company only. I was impressed with the job. more

I woke in the morning and discovered a horrendous odor coming from my basement...it turns out that I had sewage that had backed up and overflowed into a small area. I did a search for plumbers in the area, and I'm so glad that I decided on Roto-Rooter! I called shortly after 7:00 am, and they were here before 9:00 am. Aaron was friendly, professional, and efficient! I was given a quote before he started working, and I was happy with the cost. Aaron also let me know that if I had the same issue again within six months, they would come back out and take care of it! I'll be sure to use Roto-Rooter for any future plumbing services! more

The best thing about my last 48 hours has been Joe from Roto-Rooter coming to my house to successfully unstop my kitchen sink. Keep in mind that Christmas (both the Eve and the Day have occurred, so that should tell you something). I dumped several bottles of drain de-clogger down my kitchen sink to no avail and plunging was a no go. The guys at ACE Hardware had me convinced that their store brand and a little more plunging were the last things I needed to unclog my drain on my own. But they were wrong. I needed Joe from Roto-Rooter. He was so nice, he worked quickly and efficiently and he even cleaned up after himself. And he gave me some helpful tips on care of all of my drains. I wish I?d called Roto-Rooter as soon as my drain clogged up. If it happens again, I will call them much more quickly than I did this time. I was having a problem with a major clog in my home and the toilets were backing up into the bathtub (YUCK!) and when i called Roto Rooter the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. they give FREE estimates which i didnt find anywhere else when i was calling around for quotes. They did have a little bit of a problem with being there on time, due only to running over at other jobs, but the customer service was amazing with the woman calling to keep me updated almost hourly. Dave was the name of the man that came to my house and he was very friendly and patient with the fact the i had 4 children (including a loud newborn) in my home. He explained to me what was wrong in a way that i was able to understand and tried for a very long time to correct the problem. When he was unable to do so, and it was getting late, he explained to me in detail the problem and why it couldnt be corrected immediately and told me someone would be in touch with me the following morning. At a reasonable time the next morning the receptionist called to tell me they could come out right away and they arrived within less than 20 minutes. I believe one mans name was Don or Dan and i do not remember the other mans name that was with him but they were both very friendly as well and also explained to be step by step and in detail what the problem was and what they were doing. In the end i feel like i had my problem fixed as inexpensively as possible and by very friendly and professional people.
