Roto-Rooter of 3189 Princeton Road Hamilton OH was a life saver. My basement floor drain was backed up and sewage was on my floor, imagine my horror. I called Roto-Rooter and they were immediately helpful by finding an appointment to fit my schedule and the technician promptly arrived within the time frame. The very professional tech, Dave 27-1642, began his work right away. He was very informative, explaining what could have contributed to the back up and educated me on how to maintain my plumbing to help avoid this in the future. Great work! more

I received an outstanding service from Mr. Curtis in Springboro Ohio. My main drainage was clogged with roots, and he cleaned it very well. I called 3 different plumbers in my area before calling Roto Rooter. I was trying to give my business to a local company. I left messages at each. None of the 3 companies returned my call. I called Roto Rooter and they were able to come to my house the same day. No more bailing water! I'm happy! more

I noticed a foul smell in my house coming out of my air ducts, so I went to the basement furnace and saw that food garbage had backed up out of my floor drain into the basement, right near the furnace. I called Roto-Rooter of Hamilton, Ohio, because they are closest to West Chester, Ohio, to try and figure out what to do. They sent a technician, Kevin 3111, out immediately even though it was about 9:30 pm on Sunday night. The technician was very prompt, clean, thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure he found the problem and fixed it, thinking about all the possible reasons for blockage. He worked logically up and down the drain "system" to find the solution and fix the problem. I am grateful for the speed at which a technician came to my house and for the thoroughness of the technician. I used this same Roto-Rooter back in May 2006. The technician knew when someone had come out previously when he got here and why. I was completely satisfied both times I used this company. more

I called early Monday morning because I noticed our kitchen sink drain was leaking onto our basement carpet. They said they could come right now, of course I was at work. So I set up a time from 4-6 to have someone come out. They called early on and said they were running behind. Then they called 3 more times and said no one was available yet, by then it was 7:30. I have 2 young children and I can't have someone cutting and making loud noises at who knows what time. I was a little mad about that, so I rescheduled and made sure to let them know I'd go somewhere else if they couldn't promise me the time frame the next day. He got there in the time frame and fixed the problem. All in all good service. But I would have liked to have had it fixed on day 1. more

We had a leak in the bathroom tub area. We called them in the morning and the said that they would come out. Being a Monday, they were very busy and missed the first time scheduled. But Elizabeth at the office called me to let me know they were running behind. Just a nice courtesy when many don't call and leave you wondering. Dave our plumber came out and fixed the problem quickly. He was very professional and will call on him again if the need arises. Thank you. more

Our problem was our kitchen sink drain. After trying unsuccessfully to unclog the drain with two applications of Liquid Plumer we decided that we needed a plumber. Not having any idea to call, we elected to go with a national well known brand - Roto-Rooter. The plumber showed up on time, was neat, courteous, provided us with a written estimate, and was especially careful to insure that no mess was made (wore booties and covered all undersink areas with paper). Curtis (our plumber) efficiently fixed the problem and advised what we should do in the future to prevent a new clog. Job well done. more

We had a problem with our toilet and bathtub not draining on Saturday night. They said the could come that evening between 11pm and 1am but we opted to wait until Sunday. They called in the morning before coming and showed up on time. I liked that David #27-1642 gave of different options and wasn't pushy. I also appreciated that we were not charged extra for a weekend job. more

I have company coming over tonight and I panicked yesterday when I realized that the kitchen sink was causing the laundery drain to back up. When I got home from work I found the basement flooded, I tried a little but quickly called Roto-Rooter. Dave #27-1642 came out. It was a very stubborn plug but he stayed at it for quite a while. Very happy to get it fixed late on a friday night. more

I recently hired a plumbing contractor to come to my home to clean a sewage backup in my basement, 10 days later I had the same problem again, of course they did not guarantee their work so I was at a loss of $315.00 total and so now I call Roto-Rooter for Help, they were right on time and very informative about any questions I had to ask, The technicians name was Andy and he was very very nice, he spent time talking to me about other options like maybe checking for a bad area in tile to keep from flowing well, also was willing to send a survey man out to check things for me but since I am trying to sell the house at this time I really didn't want to put too much money it it. I had this service work completed on 5/15/11 and the service number was 16235442,,,,Andy 1340 Knows what he is doing and gets the job done..hopefully we have no more backups, but if we do I am sure we will call Roto-Rooter again..Thanks for taking your time to read this review. more
