I noticed a foul smell in my house coming out of my air ducts, so I went to the basement furnace and saw that food garbage had backed up out of my floor drain into the basement, right near the furnace. I called Roto-Rooter of Hamilton, Ohio, because they are closest to West Chester, Ohio, to try and figure out what to do. They sent a technician, Kevin 3111, out immediately even though it was about 9:30 pm on Sunday night. The technician was very prompt, clean, thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure he found the problem and fixed it, thinking about all the possible reasons for blockage. He worked logically up and down the drain "system" to find the solution and fix the problem. I am grateful for the speed at which a technician came to my house and for the thoroughness of the technician. I used this same Roto-Rooter back in May 2006. The technician knew when someone had come out previously when he got here and why. I was completely satisfied both times I used this company.
