Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain

I had Richard (3555) from Roto-Rooter come out to my house this morning to clear my floor drain and my toilet. While he was here, I had him replace the wax ring under my toilet. He was fantastic. Richard was professional and personable. He explained how everything worked, what my problems were, how easy they were to fix and the prices before he did any work. I really appreciated that he took the time to talk to me. He made me feel like I wasn't an idiot even though I couldn't fix it on my own. He seemed genuinely happy to help me. Great job, Richard! Dwayne came this morning and took care of unclogging my main line and another drain. Was here within 30 minutes of my call. Left me a product to keep drains clean, gave me some good advice on toilet paper, etc., and was very efficient and friendly. I have used Roto-Rooter for many years and have never been disappointed in their service. Tjeir service men have all been excellent. more

Service requests with Roto-Rooter are convenient to request either by phone or through the website and they are able to fulfill the service request very quickly without any additional fees! The main waste line to my house was blocked. Dwayne was quickly able to diagnose the cause of my problems and cleared the blocked trap quickly and provided me with recommendations to keep it clear in the future. At my request to have the sewer line scoped, Dwayne was able to have a tech, Dean, there before his service was complete. Both Dwayne and Dean were incredibly courteous, thorough and efficient! I was very pleased and will definitely recommend Roto-Rooter (specifically Dwayne and Dean)! The fee charged for both services was very reasonable and if you check online, coupons are often available. more

When I needed a plumber to unclog my drain I called several in Kansas City and the quickest that could get there was Roto-Rooter. So .. for story sakes.. I am a single professional female that recently just bought a house... I fashionista so to speak.. I have no idea about fixing ANYTHING .. in homes or cars, but here we are lol. I had went shopping at walmart and picked a filter for my furnace. I get home and go down stair to my scary basement and found a puddle of what looked like tissue and fecal matter(eh-sorry).. So I called roto rooter ..mainly because I saw them pretty frequently in my neighborhood. They told me he would come around 10am-1pm...he showed up at 11 am .. dispatch did call me and let me know he was coming.. He took a look and said no problem... He finished working in about an hour .. and took 20 mins extra to explain to me the tools, what happened, what he did ... like a detailed description of what happened down there .. I WAS SO IMPRESSED .. .he even took additional time to answer all of my dumb questions .. (remember I told you I dont know anything about this stuff lol) which I loved ! I didnt feel like a number .. he didnt yell NEXT ... and he made sure I understood.. it was personal and he didnt sound like he read from a script .. for this ROTO ROOTER is know in my house book (collecting professional contacts for problems like this!) for my go to plumbers..
