Roto Rooter Plumbers 9/26/11 9/27/2011

The septic tank was overflowing. It was pumped only two months ago so we knew that there was a water drainage problem. After getting several estimates from different companies of $5000 - $11,000 to abate the problem, I called Roto Rooter. The service tech, (Nick). arrived within an hour, assessed the problem. He advised that a high pressure (4500 psi) cleaning of the drain field and injection of root killing products should abate the problem. Nick completed the treatment in a professional and timely manner at a cost of around $700.00. The system is clean and functional with a cost savings of thousands of dollars. Thank you Roto Rooter and Nick for saving this old guy on a fixed income. You guys have my vote. more

Plumbing Issue SW Cape Coral FL 9/19/2011

I had a serious problem the day I moved into my home in SW Cape Coral. The next day I got in contact with Rotorooter and the team showed up promptly, explained me what they would do, the cost and after a while my problem was solved in a professional and courteos manner. more

Overall service within this company was FANTASTIC! Scheduling the appointment for a plumber was very fast, easy and friendly. They called to make us aware someone was in the area (Fort Myers) and gave a time frame of when they should arrive (which was correct). Jesse was very professional and friendly during his work at our office. Most importantly Jesse left the area he was working in very clean. \r Thank you for the pleasant experience! more

Jesse (#68) was very professional in his introduction, description of needed repairs, and estimate of costs. He was with an intern that was equally as friendly, and who worked in a timely and efficient manner -- not forgetting to thoroughly clean-up after his work was completed. Service at its best. Its hard to find a good honest plumber these days, I can definetly say that from now on I will continue to use their service for any future needs. They were quick to fix my problem also offered me a free esimate. Couldnt have asked for a better company. Anyone is the Cape Coral, Ft Myers and surrounding areas should give them a call!!!!!!!!!! more

Good Plumber Fast 7/12/2011

We needed a plumber fast. After moving into a new home near Ft Myers we did laundry for the first time. The sewer line began to back up and it was already late afternoon. We called needing assistance immediately and within an hour Jesse showed up to assist. He went right to work, locating and fixing the issue very rapidly. Date of service was July 1 2011\r \r This is the first time that I have used Roto-Rooter and was very pleased with the service that I received. The technician was very polite and explained everything that he was going to to do and then showed me the work when it was finished. The technician explained the charges and I paid and then he shook my hand before he departed , which was very nice. Overall the service was great and I will certainly call Roto-Rooter if I need any plumbing service. more

We were very pleased with the service provided by Jesse, Tech #68. \r The kitchen sink was not draining. Jesse explained what he was going to do and was quite curteous and professional. After running a cable to drop-clear the line, the sink drained well again. more

I can not say enough to praise Dan & Jesse. Dan came to check for & diagnose a blockage in my dryer vent. I was told I would get a free estimate over the phone, but due to the unusual nature of the issue for roto-rooter, it was impossible to give an estimate without fishing the camera up through the vent, which is not free. That said, I was so impresses with Dan, he was knowlegable & freindly & refused to give up in solving my problem. He found it would be necessary to get to the roof (2 story bldg), his ladder wasn't high enough, so he got his co-worker, Jesse, to stop by with a longer ladder.He was able to clear the blockage & also noted some leakage in the expansion tank above the hot water tank & was able to replace that as well before further problems arose. I would recommend roto-rooter to anyone because of Dan & his commitment to to excellence!! more
