I can not say enough to praise Dan & Jesse. Dan came to check for & diagnose a blockage in my dryer vent. I was told I would get a free estimate over the phone, but due to the unusual nature of the issue for roto-rooter, it was impossible to give an estimate without fishing the camera up through the vent, which is not free. That said, I was so impresses with Dan, he was knowlegable & freindly & refused to give up in solving my problem. He found it would be necessary to get to the roof (2 story bldg), his ladder wasn't high enough, so he got his co-worker, Jesse, to stop by with a longer ladder.He was able to clear the blockage & also noted some leakage in the expansion tank above the hot water tank & was able to replace that as well before further problems arose. I would recommend roto-rooter to anyone because of Dan & his commitment to to excellence!!
