The Plumber from Ft. Myers was great, he tried several options and even gave us what worse case scenerio would have been, but lucky for us, Option # 3 worked, the biggest problem was not finding the outside cleanout, but once the clog was cleared, he was able to determine were it was and even marked it for us and gave us an estimate to of cost if he were to add the pipe needed to make life easier if problem were to occur again, he even cleaned up the bathroom floor when he was done with the job and gave my Mom the Senior discount automatically cause after all, it was on her Birthday.
