Our kitchen sink backed up and when we had no success trying to fix it we decided we needed to call a plumber. I looked at several options and decided on Roto-Rooter in St. Paul, MN. Juan arrived within the service window we were given. He assessed the situation and provided an estimate before beginning to work. I felt the price was fair. He was very efficient and took care to protect our kitchen. It took almost an hour to clear the clog and put things back in order. He answered all of my questions. I would call Roto-Rooter again based on this service call. more

Roto-Rooter - service on July 28, 2012 9/12/2012

Our home's main water supply valve cracked and I tried fixing it on my own, in vain. It was Friday evening and I tried calling various plumbing companies but none of them worked during weekends. Fortunately, I found Roto-Rooter on Google search, gave them a call and setup an appointment for Saturday. Jeremy from Roto-Rooter was before time and was very courteous and informative. He went out of his way to call the city technician to shut off the main supply to my home and got it fixed in a couple of hours. It was a very hassle-free and no-headache experience with Roto-Rooter and I would definitely recommend to friends and dear ones. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7/13/2012 7/13/2012

Yesterday service technician Chad was able to locate a root in my main drain that another plumber could not find. Chad requested a rooter for me. I had to go out then so Leon came today. He got the root out in an hour's time (I have known other rooters to spend three or four hours) and the disaster was averted. I want to commend both Chad and Leon for their professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service. They were also both of them exceptionally kind and friendly, which made this whole traumatic business a lot easier on me. more

Excellent service! The plumber from Roto-Rooter, St. Paul, was able to come late on a Saturday night and help us out with our floor drain. Roto-Rooter charged regular rates when other plumbers were going to charge us double time for coming out to our place late at night. Thanks! more

Great Service! 6/25/2012

We were having my daughter's graduation party and of course the night before the bathroom sink clogged. We called Roto-Rooter at 9:00 pm and they were at our house by 9:15 and fixed our sink in 15 minutes. Very polite service man - we appreciate his great attitude. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers- 06-21-2012 6/21/2012

We had a clogged kitchen sink in our house in Saint Paul MN and contacted Roto-Rooter Plumbers late in the evening. They were able to come early the next morning. The plumber was excellent and was able to fix the problem very fast. We are extremelly happy with the service and i believe the price they charge us was very reasonable. The plumber also recommended a product that with bought through Roto-Rooter to prevent future plumbing problems. more

Exceptional Service! 6/9/2012

We had an emergency plumbing (leaky toilet) issue late one night. Roto Rooter was prompt in locating a service technician, he arrived quickly, assessed and resolved the issue. As we had just moved in to this new home, we also asked him to check another toilet to ensure we wouldn't have the same type of crisis. He was professional, neat, and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Roto Rooter or Technician Jeremy again in the future. more

We have always had great experiences using roto-rooter. We had a clogged drain and called them, they were out right away and got the problem fixed. They also were knowledgeable and gave us ideas on how to prevent the problem in the future. Thanks guys. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers May 1st, 2012 5/1/2012

When you need a plumber, it's never "oh, maybe sometime next week," or "whenever you can get around to it." You need a plumber right away and that's why I call Roto-Rooter. They always provide quick, courteous and quality service and this trip to our home in St. Paul, Mn was no exception. They were even ready to come a little earlier than was arranged and had our underground pipe cabled out and the laundry sink pipes put back together in about a half hour. Your plumber was polite and did his job well. My only concern was $229 for about a half hour's worth of labor. That's more than a car dealership would even charge. But as I said before, when you need someone fast, Roto-Rooter is on the spot and ready to go. I guess that is what we're paying for. more

Got online to book an appt thinking that I would not be able to get a plumber to come to my home in St. Paul right away on Monday for a slow floor drain. Not only did Nathan make it to my house on the Monday as requested- he was at my house before I was! I thought the service was excellent- Nathan was extremely careful bringing in the equipment he needed and left everything nice and clean. He also had some very good tips for me as a first time home owner. I learned a lot. Thanks Nathan! I also thought the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again. Thanks!! more

A great job 3/13/2012

Your guys were on this quick; within 2 hours of my call on a beautiful Sat afternoon in St.Paul MN the drain was cleared out and scoured for some 15-20 feet beyond the clog. Jeremy was polite and helpful and honest about what was all necessary, an excellent plumber. Good job! more

branch drain was clogging up - causing standing water when using the washing machine or showering. (I thought it was the main line - thank God, not so true) I used the very quick and easy online appointment scheduling LAST night - requesting the 8am - 10am appointment today (3/12/12). At 7:15am I got the call that my plumber from St. Paul was on his way! Nathan arrived by 8:15 - and with a quick check of the drain, and me having to flush a few toilets to rule out the main line - he was quickly working - and pulling out gobs of dog hair! (woops!) Nathan reminded me to use a screen on my washing machine - and one in my shower would help too. He also left me with some commercial grade pipe cleaner. He was out of here in less than 45 minutes - he did a great job explaining - and was very professional. Don't forget to go online and print out the $50 off coupon from their website! more

We were very pleased with the knowledgeable service provided by our plumber, Jeremy, from Roto-Rooter in St. Paul, MN. He arrived promptly at our house on Saturday, listened to us explain our plumbing problem, explained the up-front pricing involved in the task, and proceeded with some diagnostic work to determine the cause of the problem. Then he fixed it! Our shower is working better than it has in years! Other plumbers came to fix the same problem and only made it worse. Jeremy from Roto-Rooter fixed the problem in less than 2 hours and charged a fair price that we agreed on at the start of the work. There was no extra charge for coming out on a Saturday! We will definitely call Roto-Rooter in St. Paul and ask for Jeremy in the future. Thank you! more
