We were very pleased with the knowledgeable service provided by our plumber, Jeremy, from Roto-Rooter in St. Paul, MN. He arrived promptly at our house on Saturday, listened to us explain our plumbing problem, explained the up-front pricing involved in the task, and proceeded with some diagnostic work to determine the cause of the problem. Then he fixed it! Our shower is working better than it has in years! Other plumbers came to fix the same problem and only made it worse. Jeremy from Roto-Rooter fixed the problem in less than 2 hours and charged a fair price that we agreed on at the start of the work. There was no extra charge for coming out on a Saturday! We will definitely call Roto-Rooter in St. Paul and ask for Jeremy in the future. Thank you!
