branch drain was clogging up - causing standing water when using the washing machine or showering. (I thought it was the main line - thank God, not so true)
I used the very quick and easy online appointment scheduling LAST night - requesting the 8am - 10am appointment today (3/12/12). At 7:15am I got the call that my plumber from St. Paul was on his way!
Nathan arrived by 8:15 - and with a quick check of the drain, and me having to flush a few toilets to rule out the main line - he was quickly working - and pulling out gobs of dog hair! (woops!)
Nathan reminded me to use a screen on my washing machine - and one in my shower would help too. He also left me with some commercial grade pipe cleaner. He was out of here in less than 45 minutes - he did a great job explaining - and was very professional.
