Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain

They arrived in the time frame that was told to us when we called. got right to the problem and fixed the draining problem. Will definately recommend to everyone!!!1 more

We called with a drain problem but not an emergency, but they would have sent someone out that evening if we wanted. Bill came to our house & was courteous, helpful & told us everything he was doing each step of the way. We had to have all our pipes snaked - nothing like this had ever been done in our house that is 55 yrs. old! He started upstairs, then came down to the small basement apartment. He also found the clean-out & was able to show me (the daughter - Angelina is my mom & she is 81) how all the tree roots had infiltrated into the pipes leading to the street. They gave us a price to take care of that too, but unfortunately at this point, my mother has to get the money together before we can proceed since the job is quite costly ($7,000) but certainly well worth it. I would whole-heartedly recommend Bill to anyone. He was a great guy & we couldn't have asked for anyone nicer. He was really great dealing with my elderly mother also. He was efficient, kind, curteous & knew exactly what he was doing. He is quite an asset to Roto-Rooter for sure!!! Thanks so much for the terrific job. We'll definitely be seeing him again! more

Jim came into our home yesterday, he was very pleasant, courteous and most helpful...showed us the problem and immediately fixed it and then some....excellent service..nicest young man we have dealth with....explained everything and did the job...would recommend him and your company to anyone we know who has a problem.... more

My drain was clogged and I tried so many over the counter products for 2 days and NONE of them worked. So I called Roto-Rooter in the morning and in less than an hour "Chris" the plumber was here. He unclogged the drain with this real cool electric pipe snake. It took me more time to go to the store and buy all the junk to try to unclog it myself than it took him to get it the water flowing. They're professional and respectful of your time, and property. They ask all the right questions and give you correct, knowlegable answers and solutions. I will always call Roto-Rooter.
