Review content:
We called with a drain problem but not an emergency, but they would have sent someone out that evening if we wanted. Bill came to our house & was courteous, helpful & told us everything he was doing each step of the way. We had to have all our pipes snaked - nothing like this had ever been done in our house that is 55 yrs. old! He started upstairs, then came down to the small basement apartment. He also found the clean-out & was able to show me (the daughter - Angelina is my mom & she is 81) how all the tree roots had infiltrated into the pipes leading to the street. They gave us a price to take care of that too, but unfortunately at this point, my mother has to get the money together before we can proceed since the job is quite costly ($7,000) but certainly well worth it.
I would whole-heartedly recommend Bill to anyone. He was a great guy & we couldn't have asked for anyone nicer. He was really great dealing with my elderly mother also. He was efficient, kind, curteous & knew exactly what he was doing. He is quite an asset to Roto-Rooter for sure!!! Thanks so much for the terrific job. We'll definitely be seeing him again!
