Roto Rooter Plumbers was available on emergency basis to help fix a laundry/washing machine dry well. The Technician was honest, reliable and very knowledgeable on how to fix the problem. The technician reconstructed the drain pipe from the inside to give be better access and also told me what he is was doing on the phone while i was at work (could not take off) step by step. The way he constructed the pipes was very efficient and easy to understand and use. The Technician was courteos to my wife and was very clean and organized as he work. He promised he could fix the problem and he did. I Live in the Ronkonkoma area and when we made the phone call they were there in less than 2 hours. I am extremely pleased with the service. more

This company is great. We had a slight problem today with our septic tank. As I was washing my dishes, I noticed that the water in the sink was not draining properly. I quickly shut off the water, and called Roto-Rooter. I explained the situation to the customer service rep, and a service technitian arrived within the hour.The service tech was very polite, and professional. The job was completed quicklyand the service tech explained to us what we can do to help my family make sure that the issue we had does not come back. more
