Roto Rooter Plumbers was available on emergency basis to help fix a laundry/washing machine dry well. The Technician was honest, reliable and very knowledgeable on how to fix the problem. The technician reconstructed the drain pipe from the inside to give be better access and also told me what he is was doing on the phone while i was at work (could not take off) step by step. The way he constructed the pipes was very efficient and easy to understand and use. The Technician was courteos to my wife and was very clean and organized as he work. He promised he could fix the problem and he did. I Live in the Ronkonkoma area and when we made the phone call they were there in less than 2 hours. I am extremely pleased with the service.
