Ponderosa Heating 10/22/2017

We were very happy with Ponderosa Heating and their team. Cole helped us decide what system would be best for our situation. The installation of our new mini ductless system was completed quickly. Chad and his guys were here when they said they would be and gave us updates at the end of each day. No messes were left and all our questions have been answered. Matt H. Installation 10/10/2017

After a scheduling screw up with Ponderosa Heating and Cooling to where I went an extra week without heat. The service, once they arrived was excellent. Matt H. was very professional and extremely helpful in working with us on the install. Everyday the area was left clean. He asked us if it was okay to leave some items there for the next days work. I enjoyed his knowledge, His willingness to explain things to us and his customer service skills. As long as you have no scheduling issues, where you get placed on the back burner, ask for Matt to assist in your heating and cooling needs. more

Great service by a great tech 5/30/2017

Levi B did our regularly scheduled A/C service this morning and was very polite and informative regarding the work done. We have been customers of Ponderosa Heating since they installed our OEM units in our new custom home in 2002-03. Levi was by far the best tech we've ever had and we will certainly request that he do our service/maintenance checkups from now on. Thank you Levi!! more

Jared M semi-annual service 11/19/2016

Jared has done a fine job, the last couple of times he has serviced our units. He is very personable, as well as clear on anything that needs to be done in addition to regular service. Once again great service 9/8/2016

Mike W. Did our semi annual service this time. Another fine example of well trained and very conscientious service techs Ponderosa uses. He explained the services he was doing and that the system was working fine. Then cleaned all the components after asking if a slight lemon fragrance were offensive. Very polite and a pleasure having him in our home. We re-signed for the yearly maintenance program. more
