I have purchased 12 cars over the years and the last 2 from Rosen dealerships. Tony was my Sales person on my most recent purchase and did an outstanding job. He was very friendly, courteous and patient. Michelle in Accessories was very friendly and helpful too. Kathy in Finance was also a pleasure to work with. Jeff Rosen was at the dealership each of the 3 days I was there during this purchase process and he greeted me each time and even stopped over to ask me if I would like something to drink. I got a great price on my new Rogue and was given a very generous trade in amount, thank you Scott. There was never any pressure from anyone during any part of the process. I am recommending Rosen Nissan and Kia to everyone I know who is looking for a car. I will definitely be back when it's time to buy again! more

The experience we received from the get-go at Rosen Nissan was no less than exemplary. When we arrived the parking lot was full, as there was a promotion going on. Our immediate reaction was the preconceived notion that the service would probably be off because of the distraction. That was far from true. What we were about to experience was extraordinary. When the parking attendant learned we had an appointment with you he personally made sure we found parking. Once inside you immediately focused your complete attention on us as though we were the only customers there at the time and obviously given the hectic nature of the promotion that was not the case. After our exchange you put us in the very capable hands of Sherri Foote. Sherri began by listening, with empathy, to the story of the hair raising route we had to take to the dealership. She immediately put us at ease by telling me she would have one of her co-workers lead us to the freeway for the return home. In hindsight, she was so smart to address it immediately so we could relax and give her our full attention. We found Sherri to be professional, attentive, enthusiastic, resourceful, productive, and efficient. She took the time to establish a relationship and create rapport with us. Sherri displayed a genuine customer friendly attitude which was evidenced through her notable communication skills. She kept us informed of everything that she was doing every step of the way. With that being said we would like to commend you for the unbelievable gap that you have created between you and your competitors. You not only have to hold customer service high as an individual by having a customer friendly attitude, but you as the owner, also have to ensure that all who work for you do the same. In our opinion your dealerships should be the “Gold Standard” by which all other dealerships are measured. more

Just leased a Sentra with Kevin Berger. Third time I've worked with Kevin and all three times were easy and pleasant. Kevin is very up front. Never feel like he's being anything less than honest. I always recommend Kevin to friends and family and plan to come back next time I'm in the market. more

My husband has owned a Kia for 5 years and when the dealership he bought his Sorento from closed, he was referred to Rosen Kia for service. His experience with the dealership was great and last year we recommended our daughter to the Kia brand. She test drove 2 cars the same day and had a horrible experience at the second dealership which made her switch brand loyalty. She bought her first new car from Craig Roffers and he made the ""trama"" of dealing with a car dealer non-existant. Because of the great experience with Craig, we again returned this year to purchase a Kia Sportage. Craig recognized us as return customers and even remembered helping our daughter. This was a great feeling as we never expected this from a car dealership. Craig again provided excellent service and we were very happy with the deal he offered for our new car. He repeatedly asked if we had questions and made sure we understood all the features of the Sportage and terms of the sales contract. It truly is a pleasure to walk into the Kia dealership, not be mobbed by salesmen, not be pressured to buy and to be remembered as a customer. Our brand loyalty is now with Kia and the Rosen dealership. I hope everyone who walks through the doors has the same great experience. more

This was the first time we had any experience with Rosen Kia of Milwaukee. We just drove into the lot to look at the Sportage, or Surano, but the Soul caught are eyes. There were no salesperson pressuring us, we had to go inside. After we were greeted by are salesperson, it was all over. We loved every thing about Rosen,they were great. We never thought we would walk out with are second car. It was great, keep up the great work !!!!!! more

After having a very negative experience with another Nissan dealer closer to our home (John Amato Nissan) we went across town to Rosen Nissan. Sawyer F answered all of our questions (or if he didn't know the answer, admitted that and then found out the answer), was patient as we determined the type of SUV we wanted to purchase (Nissan Armada), accepted our extensive negotiations on price and our extremely short timeframe in which we needed to purchase and receive delivery of the car, and completed the sale with professionalism and courtesy. At 9:00 pm at night, Sawyer stayed after closing hours, patiently drove both colors of SUV we were debating between into the service area for us to review out of the rain, and entertained our toddler with milk and cookies while we determined the color, package level and features we wanted on the SUV. Sawyer is sincere, personable and willing to do whatever it takes to make his clients happy. The rest of the dealership team was excellent as well. The dealership prides itself on beating other dealership's pricing, and it does, and it negotiates price with professionalism. The after-market accessories expert, Shelly, is also a consumate professional -- assisting us with all of our questions and requests, and taking the time to find out all of the alternatives and pricing and then assisting us in choosing the best alternative for our family. In summary, Sawyer and his team made this the best car purchase experience we have had in a very long time. Thank you to Sawyer and Rosen Nissan! more

Four years ago, while looking for a new car, a coworker recommended that I talk to Sherry at Rosen Nissan. I am so glad that we did! We were greeted by her, like we were old friends. My husband has wanted a truck, and had been looking at a Toyota. He went to Don Jacobs Toyota, to talk to them, and they were extremely rude to him, wouldn't budge on the price, and were so pushy, that he just walked away. He liked the look of the Frontier, so I called Sherry, told her what we were looking for, and made an appointment to see her. She was ready for us, having both of the models ready for us to test drive. She worked numbers with us, and made us an offer that we couldn't refuse, all the while, her name was being paged over the loudspeaker, and other clients were waiting for her. This is our 3rd new vehicle from Rosen and Sherry, and I couldn't be happier. The service department is fantastic! I'm glad that I had the chance to tell Jeff Rosen that myself. We have recommended Rosen & Sherry to many people. I would never go anywhere else. more

There actually should be a 6 for going above and beyond. I had a little issue with the navigation and called Sherry but did not leave a message. I figured out by myself what was wrong. She called me back to see if everything was O.K. I was stunned, I've never encountered that before. AWESOME!!!!!!!!! more

I recently visited Rosen in hopes of financing a CPO car or to get a new car, because of my history of trading in my past cars before they were paid off. Joe asked me if I ever thought of leasing a car and explained to me the benefits of a lease. This is my first time leasing a car and I feel it was the best thing to do. My experience at Rosen was excellent. Alot of people asked me why didn't I go to John Amato Nissan where I normally buy my cars from. I explained that I did, but the deal Joe had going for me was overall better then the offer at Amato Nissan. Plus the sales person I worked with at Amato Nissan tried to force me into signing a form to buy the car when I clearly told him that I only wanted to see the numbers and deals they were offering. Overall I got a nice car (2011 Altima 3.5SR), excellent customer service and a great deal. :) more

I first dealt with Amato Nissan. They failed to follow up with me on buying a new car. Their opportunity cost was 1 sale was lost. I contacted Rosen Nissan, many many more miles from my home. They were very thorough in following up on my questions and requests. This purchase experience was wonderful. I'd tell everyone that it's worth the drive, Rosen's GREAT. more

Kevin did an excellent job. He was very helpfull in showing us all the fetures of the car. Staff was polite and freindly.Dealership was clean and looked great! It was a comfortalbe atmosphere no pushy sales approach. I told Kevin what my offer was and he gave me theirs then we meet in between! Very fast sell.Picked up car the next day and Kevin took 2 hours in show us all the bells and whistles program are cell phones to the bluetooth device and program the personal settings for both of us. The owner came and thank us as did the manager. I would go back in a heart beat to do business with rosen again. more
